  The Solar Series Airfield Lighting System (ALS) is the worlds only complete solar powered airfield lighting system.  The system includes radio controlled solar powered elevated runway, threshold, taxiway, obstruction and helipad lights with a hand held 2.4GHz encrypted radio controller, frangible mounting solutions and supporting air traffic control communication systems. For continuous IFR operations, the Solar Series ALS can be equipped with optional power cables, airfield lighting system control unit, power distribution unit and PC based software control systems for ATC from air, ground and tower.  For supporting navigational aids, the solar PAPI, solar windsock, solar LED airfield signs and mobile ATC communications with transport trailers can all be added.
